Fluid Desk maintains regular contacts with designers of sanitary installations and makes use of their suggestions and remarks extensively while developing new versions of our programs: designers can participate actively in their creation and modification. This is possible owing to frequent visits of user offices by the company’s representatives. This www service is also an important tool enabling interactive collection of remarks and opinions from designers using FDBES in their everyday work. Our current version of FDBES, 1.21, is based on over 150 designer proposals; presently we are gathering new request and ideas for FDBES version 2.0.
All of our users can expect continuous assistance in solving problems arising during their designing work, not only help with respect to using the software, but also to answer questions of project design, as Fluid Desk Sp. z o.o. representatives are all experienced sanitary engineers. We guarantee that, depending on the issue, we shall come out with a suggested resolution to the best of our ability, usually as soon as 24 hours after receiving the request. The major errors that have been found in our software are published, along with the expected date of their correction. The most important new functions are also listed, so that using the online questionnaire, you can give us your opinion evaluating how important and/or useful the proposed new functions are for you, thus helping us better determine priorities for their implementation.
The greatest advantage in the functionality of our programs is the availability of detailed manufacturer libraries and the benefits that result, evident at once in a working project.
